CEECOACH 2 UPDATE

To update your CEECOACH 2, follow the instructions below or watch the video instruction.

1) Download the update file and the update program

2) Install program

3) Connect your CEECOACH to your PC and put it into update mode

4) Load the update file via Menu → Update file

5) Press the "Update" button

*Supported operating systems: Windows XP, 7, 8, and 10. File size: 4 MB.

New in the latest software version:

  • Audio disturbances were experienced by listening participants when there were more than two participants. This issue is fixed with software version 02.24
  • CEECOACH can now be operated with an external power source (e.g., a power bank)
  • With the update to v02.24, CEECOACH 2 charges much faster.
  • Improved audio echo suppression for wired headsets.
  • All used CEECOACH devices must be updated to the new version, as the echo is caused by the counterpart.
  • Optimized battery status announcements.
    Connection setup adjusted for some additional Bluetooth® headset models.
