Clarico OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes and ships all orders placed through www.ceecoach-baltic.eu according to the terms outlined below.
This policy applies to deliveries within Estonia and the Baltic region.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after full payment is received (manual bank transfer).
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or national holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take additional time. We will notify you by email if significant delays occur.
Backorders
If an item is out of stock, you will be informed of the estimated delivery time.
Typical restock time:
- 1–7 business days (supplier processing)
- plus 3–7 business days for delivery
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days due to supplier or logistics delays.
2. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to:
- Estonia
- Latvia
- Lithuania
For shipping to other EU countries, please contact us at info@clarico.ee before placing your order.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the parcel is delivered to the customer or the selected parcel terminal.
3. Delivery Methods and Times
We work with reliable courier partners, including Omniva, Itella Smartpost, and DPD.
Estimated delivery times:
Estonia:
- 1–7 business days (supplier processing)
- 2–5 business days (shipping)
Latvia & Lithuania:
- 1–7 business days (supplier processing)
- 3–7 business days (shipping)
Delivery times may vary due to logistics traffic, courier schedules, public holidays, or weather conditions.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and chosen delivery method.
- Free shipping may apply to certain orders (as specified on our website) or during promotional campaigns.
- All applicable shipping discounts will be shown during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking data to begin updating.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Clarico OÜ is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact the courier company directly and file a claim.

7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@clarico.ee.
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
Returns
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item was incorrect, defective, or the wrong product was sent.
