Return and Refund Policy

We follow the applicable laws of Estonia and the European Union, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.


1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

The item may only be used to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning (similarly to testing the product in a physical store).
Use beyond this (e.g., visible wear, traces of use) may result in a reduction of the refundable amount.


2. Conditions for Returning Goods

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned:

  • in original condition (not excessively used, no damage),
  • in original packaging (if reasonably possible),
  • with all accessories included.

You must also include the order number or proof of purchase.

Important:
We do not require the product to be completely unused or with original tags if the testing required its removal. However, any diminished value due to excessive use may be deducted from the refund.


3. How to Make a Return

To start a return, send us an email at info@clarico.ee.

Items must be returned within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.

Items sent back without prior withdrawal notice may be delayed in processing, but we will not refuse legally valid returns.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless:

  • the item was incorrect, damaged, or faulty, or
  • we sent the wrong product.

In such cases, Clarico OÜ will cover the return shipping.


5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days from the moment we receive your withdrawal notice,
but we may delay the refund until:

  • the returned item has been received, or
  • you provide proof that you have returned the item.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

If more than 14 days have passed since our refund approval notification, please contact us at info@clarico.ee.


6. Defective or Incorrect Items

Please check the order immediately upon delivery.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@clarico.ee as soon as possible so that we can resolve the situation.

Products purchased from our store are covered by the statutory 2-year defect liability period.


7. Items Not Eligible for Returns

The following items cannot be returned:

  • custom-made or personalised items
  • sealed goods that were opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if applicable)
  • digital goods (if applicable)

We do not deny returns for sale products — discounted items still have a 14-day withdrawal right.


8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, return it first.
After the return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement product.
