3. Placing an Order

To place an order, add products to your cart, enter the required customer details, and select your preferred shipping method.

Before completing checkout, the full order total (including shipping) will be displayed.

Your order is confirmed once full payment is received and you receive our Order Confirmation email.

6. Order Processing & Delivery

We ship to: Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

Delivery partners include:
DPD, Omniva, and Itella Smartpost.

Estimated delivery times (after payment is received):

• Estonia: 1–7 business days (supplier processing) + 2–5 business days (shipping)
• Latvia & Lithuania: 1–7 business days (supplier processing) + 3–7 business days (shipping)

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days due to supplier or logistics delays.

If a product cannot be delivered (e.g., out of stock), we will notify you and refund all payments within 14 days.

7. Returns & Refunds (14-Day Withdrawal Right)

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

The product may be used only to the extent necessary to determine its nature and functioning.
Excessive use may result in a reduction of the refundable amount.
