CEECOACH 2 Quick Start Guide

Getting Started: assigning roles
For CEECOACH 2, separate roles must be assigned for the coach and the participant.

1. Turn on the devices by pressing and holding the middle "o" button.

2. Participant role: press and hold "-" and the middle "o" button until the green LED flashes.

3. Coach: press and hold "+" and the middle "o" button until the blue LED flashes.

Note! Slow flashing means that the devices are connected and ready to use.

🔄 Reset
Resets the CEECOACH device to factory settings. Cancels all previous connections between CEECOACH devices and headsets.

1. Turn on the device: press and hold the middle "o" button until the LED flashes.

2. Press all three buttons (-), (o) and (+) at the same time until the device switches off. When the LED turns red, you can release the buttons.

3. During this process, the light ring flashes briefly red and then again white (factory settings).

🗣️ Two-way communication By default, participants cannot immediately talk back in CEECOACH 2. To enable two-way communication, follow the instructions below.

1. To switch it on: the participant presses the middle "o" button once.

2. To switch it off: the coach presses the middle "o" button twice.

🔒 Private mode The coach can switch the active conversation to private mode, meaning they can speak privately with one participant. The other participants will not hear this conversation.

1. To do this, the coach presses the Talk button (o) once.

2. If the coach wants to end private mode, they press the Talk button (o) briefly twice.

🔐 Key lock Prevents accidental button presses.

1. By pressing the (o) button at least three times briefly, key lock is activated or deactivated.

2. Key lock is indicated by a purple signal.

🔇 Mute In both roles, you can mute yourself regardless of the active connection mode.

1. To interrupt continuous transmission, press and hold the minus (-), plus (+) or microphone button until you hear the sound "mute on".

2. By pressing the minus (-) or plus (+) button, you can return to the previous connection mode.

Note! If the coach is in mute mode, a regular reminder signal will sound if a participant tries to connect with the coach.

📶 Bluetooth
Attention! Until Bluetooth headphones are paired, you will only hear CEECOACH sounds through the included wired earphones. Put both the CEECOACH and the headphones (or speaker) into pairing mode.

🎧 Connecting a Bluetooth headset To connect CEECOACH 2 via Bluetooth, the device must have the latest software version. See: software updates link. CEECOACH 2 is not compatible with all Bluetooth devices.

1. Put the headset into pairing mode.

2. Put the device into pairing mode by pressing the Plus (+) and Minus (-) buttons at the same time.

3. You will hear "connected".

📱 Connecting a mobile phone

With CEECOACH 2, in addition to Bluetooth headphones, you can also connect a mobile phone.

1. Put the device into pairing mode by pressing the Plus (+) and Minus (-) buttons at the same time.

2. Activate Bluetooth on your phone and search for Bluetooth devices.

3. The device will appear on the phone with the name CEECOACH followed by the last 4 digits of the serial number, which are located on the back of the device.

4. To establish the connection, press the device name.

📞 Answering calls

1. CEECOACH signals an incoming call, and to answer the call, press the middle button (o) once.

2. Double-pressing the Talk button (o) ends the call.

3. Pressing the Talk button (o) again returns the device to participant mode.

4. If you do not want to answer the call, press the middle button (o) twice and participant mode will remain active.

Note! If a participant is out of range, two short low tones will sound. When the participant is back in range, they will hear a low tone followed by a high tone. Without a valid connection, CEECOACH switches off automatically after two minutes.

📴 Ending an active call

1. To end an active call, press the Talk button (o) twice.

2. After the call ends, the device automatically returns to participant mode.

Note! Ending the call does not disconnect the existing CEECOACH group connection.

❌ Declining a call

1. If you do not want to answer an incoming call, press the middle button (o) twice.

2. The call will be rejected and the device will remain in participant mode.

⏻ Powering off

1. Press and hold the middle "o" button until the LED flashes red.

🎨 Meaning of the colors

White light: role assignment must be done
Flashing green: participant role is assigned
Solid green: battery is full
Flashing yellow: device is in pairing mode
Solid yellow: battery needs charging
Red: powering off
Flashing blue: coach role is assigned
Purple: key lock

Note! Slow flashing means that the devices are ready for use.
